Purchased from Walmart
Set up was perfect.
Trying to attach to Amazon Alexa as a skill for Roku Smart Home instead of just regular Roku but I do have my Amazon account linked to Roku (onn Roku TV responses to Alexa turn on/turn off command). Alexa is having difficulties connecting to the smart plugs.
Luckily the Roku Smart Home allows me to use the Rules but would like to use Alexa instead.

Hi @ElcaFoster ,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you informing us about this issue with controlling your Roku Indoor Smart Plugs through Alexa Skill. We would be happy to see what we can do to help you.
To control your smart home device with Alexa, you need to link your Roku account to your Amazon account by following the steps in this article: How to set up Alexa.
If Alexa still doesn't link, let's try removing the smart plugs from the smart home app and reinstalling them. Once completed, please link the Alexa skill again to see if there is any difference.
If the issue persists, we will forward this information to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation. We kindly request that you provide additional details to ensure we can provide the best assistance.
- Roku Smart Home device model and Mac Address. (Smart Home mobile app, > Settings> Device info)
- Log ID (from the Roku Smart Home app, select Account > Roku Support > Submit a log)
Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We will keep you updated throughout the process. We hope to hear back from you as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Jess
