No Blue color on my light strip!

I have a light strip lighting RED, when I place it on the BLUE 🔵. So go to MOVIE MODE and it's red, when it should be Blue. So NO BLUE color whatsoever 🤷🏾‍♂️! Could it be the strip went bad? Thanks 🤜🏽🇺🇲!
