Can the bulb be placed into a lamp that has dimmer options as long as you never use the dimmer switch?

Yes, it is perfectly fine to use a Roku smart bulb in a lamp. You can simply control the brightness using the Roku Smart Home app on your phone and never use a dimmer switch.

Thank you for the response but I am unsure if my question was answered. 

The lamp I want to use has a dimmer switch. 

Can that lamp be used with the bulb even tho it has a dimmer switch as long as I never use the dimmer switch.
