I have restarted 4 times with no help...anybody else have any luck with restart?

I am having this exact problem also.  I've given up on watching recorded HULU shows

I have done the restart several times as well with no luck. Seems Roku and Hulu could care less that people are struggling with this for days.

It is definitely a ROKU problem.  I can play back the same recorded HULU shows that fail on ROKU by connecting a PC running HULU to my TV via HDMI.  This bypasses the ROKU HULU app.

I’ve been having the same issue for about a week. Even went out and wasted money on a new Roku device because I thought it was the device. Turns out the new one does the same thing when attempting to play back a recorded program from Hulu.  I can stream to my TV directly from Hulu and have no issues. This is clearly a Roku problem

I did the system reset last night with online help from Hulu. Now the live tv freezes up!

Power cycled the Roku, removed/reinstalled Hulu app, power cycled router.

Specific Content where the issue occurs: Specially Arizona Basketball game.  Although this freezing occurs on all recorded content.

Note:  There are three locations in the house that use the Roku Express Settop described above.  They all expierence the same issue.  Also there is a very late model LG OLED TV that natively has the Roku app installed and there are no issues on it.

It’s def not a Hulu issue. Recorded shows work fine on my computer and iPhone.
