NFL Network will not load and reboots to home screen
I see that this issue has been resolved, but I cannot access the solution. Can you send it to me? I have rebooted the Roku and the TV. The software versions of both are up to date. I cannot delete the NFL app; the option to delete it does not show up in the options menu.

Re: NFL Network will not load and reboots to home screen
If this channel gives you no "Remove channel" option it is because you subscribed to it through Roku instead of directly with the channel on its web page.
Instead there will be a "Manage subscription" option. You can click this and follow the prompts to prevent further payments, but unless Roku changes its current setup you will not be able to remove the channel through the Roku interface until the subscription expires.
While the subscription is in force you can use the official Roku remote app on an Android/iOS phone/tablet to remove the channel from your account.
At the bottom of the app's Home screen, click "Devices" and connect to one of them if not connected already. On the Devices page, click on "Apps on Roku" and find the channel you want to remove. Click AND HOLD on the channel to be presented with options to Launch the channel on your Roku, or to Remove the channel. (A quick click will instead bring up the remote control functions.)
Now Restart the Roku to remove all traces of this channel from the Roku's memory cache.
This will remove the channel from your Roku account and, if you wish, allow you to reinstall it in the hope of fixing your current problem, but it will NOT cancel the paid subscription to that channel if there is one.
I am not a Roku employee, only a user like you. Please, no support questions via private message -- post them publicly to the Community where others may benefit as well.

Re: NFL Network will not load and reboots to home screen
Thank you; using the remote Roku app on my phone allowed me to delete and then add back the channel. It is now working.

Disgusted with Roku Support + NFL
Our NFL app works intermittently. It often boots us out. I’ve googled solutions and none of them have worked. And then I spent 20 minutes trying to find out how to call Roku, and there is no phone number. If your platform is hosting an application, then it is your responsibility to make sure it works. If you sell a service, it is your responsibility to provide a phone number for customers to call you.

NFL app disconnects after 2-3 minutes
Starting yesterday (Saturday, January 11, 2025), the NFL app is crashing after 2-3 minutes in the middle of full game playback of a completed game. Before that date, no such problem - ever. I've tried restarting Roku, deleting and reloading the NFL app, etc. and nothing fixes the issue. This issue is NOT specific to a single TV or the type of Roku device -- it's happening on all my TVs (Vizio, Samsung, TCL) and all Roku streaming devices. Just tried loading the condensed version of the Broncos-Bills game and that caused the Roku to crash and restart without even fully loading. (At least there are 2-3 minutes on full game replay!) This is only happening with the NFL app; all other apps functioning normally. What is the problem?!?

Re: NFL app disconnects after 2-3 minutes
We are having the exact same problem right now- NFL app crashes a few minutes into the full game replay of Bills Broncos. Condensed game won’t even start

Re: NFL app disconnects after 2-3 minutes
Same issue here, was able to watch a full condensed game yesterday, today attempting to watch the condensed game results in the entire Roku shutting down and restarting.
