Having the recovery screen issue. I've tried doing a factory reset and it just sends me back to the recovery mode screen after restarting a couple of times.

@PuppyNest @Yeah mines was working then a went to turn it on one day and that started happening and that was that. So a would go back to where u got it from as no one seems to be getting any help from anyone else. It’s worth a try and if it’s only 6months old that should be fine
HELP! I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. STUCK IN RECOVERY MODE. I HAVE READ AND TRIED ALL THE KNOWLEGE BASE RECOMMENDATIONS AND STILL THE TV WILL NOT BOOT TO THE OPERATING SYSTEM.

Yay, problem fixed. We tried the reset with the pin while everything was plugged in and turned on. Takes about 10 minutes pressing it and then light flashed. Then we got the Let’s get started page to get it linked to our network. Added our apps and it did 74 updates but didn’t take long. TV fine after that no problem streaming. My husband said it is tricky to hold it in the right place to reset.
Got our problem fixed. Redid the reset with pin with everything on. Held it in place for 10 seconds and light flashed. Immediately, the Let’s Get started page came up. After finishing the startup instructions. It landed on home page. I think it is tricky holding the reset button as you have to feel it rather than see it. Working fine now.
Here is what worked for me. I tried many of the other suggestions in this forum but they didn't work for me.
Hold the power button on your TV for a full minute. Mine was un bottom behind the logo and light.
While pressing the reset button with a paper clip or something similar, watch the light by the logo. It will blink slowly and then blink a little more frequently. Let go of the reset button when it does. About 20 seconds on my TV.
This got me out of the Recovery Mode loop and presented me with a different screen. Follow the prompts to get back up and running.
