Re: Channels will nit open. Says I don’t have enough storage but I keep deleting apps
Those inadequate memory warnings are often a symptom of the Roku memory cache getting corrupted. Deleting channel app after channel app does not make the warnings go away. Clearing the memory cache should cure the problem.
The easiest way to do this is to RESTART your Roku. (For Roku TV users reading this: if you have "Fast TV start" enabled, turning the TV off and back on just puts it into and out of a standby state and does NOT give you a complete restart, so use the methods below.)
Depending on your Roku model you'll find the "System restart" option under "Settings > System > Power", or on models without a Power option, under "Settings > System".
If a restart doesn't do it, or if you don't have sufficient control with the remote to navigate the Roku menus, you can also restart by pulling the power plug to the Roku for a few seconds then plugging it back in and waiting for it to restart.

Re: [Under Investigation] Insufficient Memory Error
Is there still no resolution to this issue? Because my device just started doing this and it’s doing it with more and more apps now. I’ve restarted the device and even deleted and redownloaded apps and still no fix.

Merci d’avance!

Re: Roku Express No longer Allowing Channel Access
Hey, @Ky-wyo92.
Thanks for flagging this issue!
It looks like you can't access any apps due to a low memory error; no worries; we're here to help!
Have you tried this quick fix below?
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Let us know if that helps!

My YouTube app is not launching. I followed all of the steps that were recommended on the discussion
My YouTube app is not launching. I followed all of the suggestions on the discussion answer. I uninstalled and reinstalled my YouTube app. I uninstalled other apps to make room for the YouTube app. I have shut my device on and off. Nothing is working. It still comes up saying that I don't have enough space to launch my YouTube app. Nothing had changed overnight and it worked fine yesterday.
