Try unplugging the device from power for 60 seconds, sometimes that helps clear the cache. If that does not work, how old is your Roku? The memory might be corrupt and going bad in your device.

I deleted quite a few apps and still Prime will not load up on the Roku.
Everything else is working

Re: Insufficient Power - while using a wall outlet
For 2 years, I was successfully using a wall-powered Belker Ethernet adapter, when the insufficient power warning arose. The red light was on solid, but there were no associated temperature warnings. Replacing power adapters failed to fix the problem.
I finally replaced the Ethernet adapter with a wall-powered UGreen ethernet adapter and the system started working again. I’m back to using the original USB power adapter.
My point is that the conventional advice concerning low power troubleshooting is incomplete. The problem may lie in your Ethernet adapter.

I guess you didn’t read my post very carefully.
Disappointing.

Re: How to fix error message 'Not enough space. Please delete some apps and try again'
This didn’t solve the issue for me. First I had this issue with Apple TV and now I have the same issue with Discovery+.
