If Y'all have noticed, All Roku excuses are a copy/pasted reply to basically reboot, which takes time, and never works. This is there excuse, Blame it on the YOUR internet.
I've been dealing with the excuses for many months now.
I now looking into something else and going to take a hammer to MY Roku.
I have sent this info in and still nothing.

No, not from them. I have mine plugged into a power strip/surge protector (that is NOT the problem - I checked) so I just turn off the button on it and then back on literally everytime we want to watch TV. A pain but whatever. Probably getting a different 📺.

Ours is the same. Reset network, sometimes it doesn't even find the (same) network. I have to completely interrupt the power supply and power back on to reset it. Very frustrating!
What do yall do with the info that has been submitted? This seems to be an ongoing issue with several complaints on this topic. I have also sent all of the requested information and haven't had a reply yet!
We should not have to "setup" our tv everytime we turn it on.
