Since I was still inside of my return window with Amazon I went ahead and replaced/exchanged the 4K with another 4K unit. Unfortunately the problem is not resolved with a different unit. Same firmware version same identical issue(s). Hopefully resolved soon!
I am having the same issue. I can search shows on my older roku in my bedroom and it gives apps that I can buy or rent from. My new roku same model as everyone else says “unavailable “. Please advise us what you are going to do to fix this issue

I am also having the same issue. I did a factory reset and everything. It's doing it for EVERY search. It's really frustrating. Roku, please fix this.
Thank you.. not sure if there was a software push today but it's working now (12/30/23 after 4pm). No action on my side. Hopefully the other users experiencing this issue are working as well.

That win was short lived.. it went back to No Information status for most of the stations. It eventually got worse this morning.
