Re: Remote skips or jumps over multiple channel tiles
Have you read this thread ?
if you have I’m quite confused by your statement.
if you have not I suggest that you do and you will see that you are one of thousands in the same boat.
there is no solution there will never be a solution.
you will just have to live with a little annoyance lol

Hi Community users,
Are you noticing multiple channel tiles highlighting or jumping erratically when you try to navigate the Roku home screen with your remote? This can be frustrating!
We've identified a fix that should resolve this issue. Here's what you can do:
Restart your Roku device:
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to System.
- Select Power.
- Choose Restart.
Restart your remote:
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button: Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button: Press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds.
When the status light stops flashing, your remote has successfully rebooted.
This should resolve the issue. If you're still experiencing problems:
- Search the Community: Take a look around the Roku Community forums. You might find another thread discussing the same problem with more recent information.
- Start a New Thread: If you can't find an existing thread that matches your issue, feel free to create a new one!
We're here to help.
