YES! Please fix! I thought it was a malfunctioning remote, so I purchased a new one feeling confident that was the issue. I was WRONG! This is very frustrating! Thank you for looking into this issue with hopes you can resolve it asap. 

UPDATE - UPDATE 

The "Restart" Posted on here also worked for me! (Settings > System > Power > Restart). Do not know how long it will resolve the issue, but at least for now it does work.

Before a reset, Skipping in Crunchyroll and roku channel apps but not Max or prime video or Disney +. After reset, no skipping for several hours then skipped again until another reset.

Can't find the settings icon!

There's no icon.  When you start Roku, the you'll see "Settings" listed on the left sidebar.  Click on that and then follow the instructions above.

Tv? Roku streaming device?

On devices, Settings is in the menu at the end of the list. Not sure on tv's.

For me, restarting the Roku fixed the problem of the remote skipping.
