All 3 Roku devices have stopped working
03/13/25 at 8:00pm PST.
All 3 of my Roku devices have stopped working. No channels will load.
My internet is working.
I am able to access Roku from the web and play channels on my iPhone.
The issue is with the devices.
They have all 3 been rebooted with no success

Again, the email address you enter on the Roku has to be the same one your Roku user account uses. Ensure you’ve entered it correctly, as those onscreen keyboards aren’t always the easiest to use. Make sure the internet connection is good, and use a phone hotspot if you’re having problems.

I was having the same issuse so I un-installed the app and now it won't let me add the app back! Used it just last night with no issue

This is crazy! The person keeps telling you that he/she has done ALL of these things you keep suggesting and yet you keep sending the same list of things to do! I have also done ALL/EVERY SINGLE ONE of the things on your list and am getting the same thing. Roku connects fine to my wireless internet but the apps say "not connected." I also have TRIED all of the things you keep re-sending so what is the use of this community forum if you have nothing else to suggest? Should I just quit Roku??

Roku Express 4k Factory Reset & Email Won't Work
My Roku box went down today, no apps would work. Error messages were all SSL not valid or no connection in the Apps. Connectivity Test in Roku settings showed connected and internet excellent. Internet working on all other devices. Did the restart, didn't work. Restarted modem several times, didn't work.
Did Factory reset, and it gives me an "Excellent" network rating when I connect. "Activate via QR code" doesn't generate anything. Email, regardless of what email address is used gives me "we can't seem to reach you at _______". There is no other source of internet I can connect to.
Anyone have an idea? I've only had my Roku box for three months.

Tried regular internet get the same problem. Tried connecting to another network including phone hotspot same issue. Roku seems to not be working. Also email I put matches the one on my account. It won’t send the link and it won’t generate a QR code

HI sense Roku tv doesnt prompt activate QR code
I just bought a Hisense 40 inch Tv from Walmart, and I turned it on all is normal. It updates, and I get to the screen where where it asks to activate, it simply says my email doesn’t work. And when I try use QR code that also does nothing. I tried factory reset, unplugging and plugging back in, using my hot spot and my home internet, and it did nothing. Was wondering if it’s a system issue or an issue with the TV.

I'm having the same issue. And I know the internet is working fine, because my othe Roku device is working in the other room.

Bravo App won’t Open, tried to reboot
I keep getting an error. I uninstalled the app and now I can’t re-install it at all. In getting a “could not be run because it couldn’t not be reinstalled from the network, check your network connections” but my connections are fine when I run the test in the Roku app. I’ve restarted the Roku app and made sure it’s on it latest update?
