Same issue here. It was working 3 hours ago. Tried all suggestions and my other Roku device is working fine. Problem is with streaming stick 4k.

it was working for me all day and night until literally an hour ago. so this has to be a roku problem that we wont be able to fix on our own UGH

I am having similar problem on my Roku Express 4K.  WIFI Internet is connect to my router but apps say internet not connected. Did all the trouble shooting steps including Network reset, connected to mobile hotspot or WiFi router, factory reset player.  Now the player can't be activated.

ROKU BREAKDOWN HAPPENING LIVE NOW IN REAL TIME. I'm excited to be part of the Zeitgeist of Roku devices f****** up because oh my god right now we're having this trouble and it's amazing to see in real time all the people trying the same stupid diagnostic factory resets losing all of their data mind you because Roku can't handle the fact that they probably force a bad system update or have some sort of a virtualization server breakdown on their end so they're blaming us and trying to buy time. This is why we need to root our devices and install Linux. This all happening the same day that bit torrent revolutionary and free speech activist and founder of the Pirate Bay Carl LundstrÖm dies in a suspicious plane crash? Synchronicity abound I'll be casting from my Ubuntu box until Roku works again and praying my father with dementia doesn't notice his TV which he relies on to watch Star Trek reruns is betraying him  #Hacktheplanet

Yeah! Jli83! Netflix was working nothing else! Prime, tubi, youtube none were working. Hopefully Roku has a update to it's system or something! Because it's sure has nothing to do with the wifi, router or modem that's for sure!

We have done all the steps and still same problem on 3 different Rokus.

I have a similar issue, tried to reset the network, and powered down the device (roku express) there were no updates available. I finally tried to delete the youtubetv app but when I tried to reinstall it, it said it could not be added. Checked online and it thinks the app is installed. On the roku streaming page it says open app instead of add, but selecting that sends me to the add app dialog which then fails to add the app. I tried deleting a few other apps to unstick things but it didn’t help. I thought maybe it was a google thing as the regular YouTube app also thinks there is no connection. I started trying the other apps and most stream correctly except ESPN which says it is unable to download the app. So now I suspect something deeper in the roku itself and its networking.
