Also, I tried returning the Streaming Stick to factory settings. Did not help!
Yes me as well, just got a onn Roku stream bar. Letter messed up, and when I press hBO max it shows the Netflix screen and then freezes
I’m in HBO Max, it starts with HBO max screen, then shows the Netflix opening seen and noise then shows the HBO profile screen, once in the hbo app it shows Netflix as the header movie thumbnails…..

Im having the same issue. It happens on the Roku main screen and sometimes in streaming apps. Also, my Roku has become very slow in loading apps and menus, and it frequently reboots. I’ve checked my Internet connection speed and service stability, and that’s not the issue.
Issue ID is 62-357-081
Just an FYI... I too am seeing the issue more often now as well. Seems like it doesn't take as long to act up after rebooting to reset it. ... I even found with Netflix today, when I pause the show that's on, the entire screen is showing somewhat digitized now, as if it's about to lock up and freeze. (Sorry, didn't get a pic, was just resetting for the Wife when I came in the house, between cutting the grass.) Will try to grab one if it happens when I'm watching something.
Not sure if its the same issue yet, but wanted to mention it.

Yes, restarting will do the trick until it happens again and again and again. You may go days or weeks before it does it again...that is...if it is the same issue that most are reporting on this thread.
