I'm not receiving the email. [personal information removed]

The serial number is: SN S00820CUECME

I've tried multiple times with unplugging & factory reset. Please help!

I have tried for weeks with different email addresses and internet sources, but I have yet to receive an activation code for my Roku Express

Please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, description of the issue, and include the serial number/device id of the Roku device.

Thanks for your inquiry.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, please send me a private message with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number/device id of the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.
