i had just done an update and when i go to select a episode from a show no matter what app i use i get the error 020 hdcp error screen. i ahve changed the cord multiple times and still hasnt stop. please help. i have special needs kids who rely on the kids shows i stream on there for most of the day to day
Try these workarounds/solutions:
1) Directly connect your Roku to your TV (instead of to an AVR or SB, if currently connected that way)
2) Settings/Display type = (manually configure this to match your current TV - do NOT use Automatic)
3) Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Advanced display setting/Auto-adjust display refresh rate = Off
i had tried all those and still didnt work
There may be an incompatibility with your TV - list the brand/model/firmware version of your TV (and any AVR/SB also used, if connecting through the AVR/SB).
