I use YouTube TV and use that for most of my viewing.  I have a Roku 4K express.  Can I bypass the home screen and boot right into the YouTub app?

I know of no way to skip the Roku home page on a Roku device.  Best you can do is move the YouTubeTV  channel to the first position in your home page channel grid to simplify access.

If you have a Voice Remote Pro, you can assign voice command "Load YouTubeTV" to one of the two programmable buttons.

Is there any way to use the voice control within an app? Like tellin YouTube tv to go to another channel in yoytuberv?

Kindly be informed that using the voice commands on your Roku voice remote allows you to access and navigate channels and the Roku interface by pressing and holding the microphone button and saying your command in a conversational tone at normal volume. After you release the button, your Roku device will carry out your request, delivering you to the Roku Search screen or elsewhere within the Roku interface.
