I have the same low volume issue with my AirPods. I have hearing loss so I must turn the AirPods up to higher levels than most people and with my new Roku Ultra at full volume they are not loud enough. I do not have this issue with the AirPods connected to other devices. What can be done to increase the maximum obtainable volume?
Hi @VMusic,
A warm welcome to the Roku Community!
If you're experiencing low volume levels with the private listening feature on your Roku Remote app, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Thank you. I tried all your suggestions with no success. I could not increase the AirPod volume to a higher level when paired the the Ultra. I even paired to with my few year old Roku Streaming stick via the app and was able to achieve significantly higher volume with it than the Ultra. The Ultra apparently does not provide as powerful of a volume output as iPhones and other devices include the Streaming stick. I guess I will have to return the Ultra.
Have you solved it yet? I also had the same problem with my customers

Im experincing the exact same issue with my roku ultra. The audio latency is actully really good but like reported above I have low level muffled audio. But instead of airpods im using galaxy bud 3 pros.
This is the most annoying response because anyone who would go through the trouble of checking here would have already done all of the basic stuff you recommended jfc. Give some actually good advice please, instead of the copy and paste from your employee book.
Hi, @Brass5226.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We understand that you're having an issue with the audio on your private listening. No worries, we'd be happy to help you with this.
Are you connected to the Roku app or directly to your streaming device? Have you followed the steps posted by @RokuJechealR?
Please keep us posted.

Hi, yes I have. I connected the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 to the Roku Ultra directly without using the phone. I also made sure that the Rokus volume for the headphones was turned up to 100 using my remote. I assume since it seems to happen with both Apple and Samsung wireless headphones, that it is probably an issue with all wireless headphones.
Exact same problem with my samsung buds 2 pro. And I've only noticed it recently. Roku, please acknowledge that this is an issue and isn't being resolved by the canned response. I honestly love the roku platform but I've always had issues with listening via headphones on all my roku devices.
