Updates available new version

I received a notification I need to update. Everytime I try to update it goes to the home screen and no icons. It's like it freezes.

We see you're encountering unexpected behavior when updating your Roku. We want to investigate further to take a closer look.

To look closely at the situation, kindly provide us with these information:

  • What Roku device are you having trouble with?
  • Is it a system update or a channel update?

In the meantime, try performing a System Restart by unplugging the Roku from the Power Source and waiting for 30 seconds before plugging it back in to see if it improves your current situation.
