This is happening on all my ROKUSI recently stopped Netflix and MAX several weeks ago and removed their icons from the "Home Page". Now I've rejoined both but can't seem to get them to go on my "home page". I'm not sure exactly that it's called a home page but it's the page that pops up on my tv screen when I hit the Home button on my ROKU remote. All the apps that were there previously are still in place (YouTube, PBS, PRIME, ROKU Channel and BBC Select). I just open the app from there but I can't seem to get Netflix and MAX back up there. Now, every single time I want to watch something on MAX or Netflix I have to do a search and find the app and click on "Open App" and that's the only way I can watch them. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing incorrectly? I never had this problem before. Also any other apps that I haven't subscribed to or even the free ones like Tubi, it starts to download it but then gives me the message "Could no add 'Tubi - Free Movies & TV' Error. Can anyone tell me what's going on? I've been using ROKU for years and have never come across this problem.
What's happening here?
Hi, @Ginnydee.
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We understand you're having trouble finding your favorite streaming apps on your Roku Home Screen. We'd be more than willing to help you resolve this.
Please be advised that after you have added a newly installed app to your home screen, a message will appear on the screen, as shown in the image below:
All the apps that have been newly installed will automatically added to the end of the Home screen.
To move the app back to the top where you can easily find it, follow the steps below:
Also, you can quickly move the app directly to the top by highlighting the app and then Press the Star * button on your Roku remote. After doing so, choose "Move App to Top".
Note: When you move a channel tile, the change only applies to the Roku device you are using at the time. Changes do not sync to other Roku devices on your Roku account.
We hope this information provided helps. Let us know if you need more assistance.
All the best,
Emman
We appreciate you for keeping us posted, @HomeViewing!
Please be aware that the devices need to be on the same network to find and control your Roku.
To fix this, connect your Roku to the same WiFi network as your phone or tablet and then try accessing the Roku app.
If you still cannot find Lifetime after connecting to the same network, you can try these:
Please keep us posted on how it goes.
Thank you,
Chel

I have a similar problem. I was having trouble with Lifetime, so I removed it and tried to re-add it. But it does not show up on the Home page. I have to search for it every time. When I log into Roku from a browser, it shows Lifetime as “added”, but it is not displaying

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are eager to provide the assistance you need.
Could you try removing the channel through the Roku Mobile App, then reinstalling it through the Roku App, and see if the channel appears?
After doing the steps, try rebooting your Roku device. Here's how to do it:
Please let us know if these work for you.

Thanks, but the Roku device is on a different network than my iPad or iPhone, so I haven’t been able to connect to it through the Roku app. I haven’t tried in a browser, but cannot even find Lifetime that way
