I just Got this new TV TCL G138X a few days ago,
After following the initial setup, wireless setup It download the most current update, then the TV restarts and gets Stuck in red Screen.
I have done factory reset, USB manual update, nothing works

Have you tried contacting TCL about this particular issue? Reaching out to them and inquiring further about this for resolution is a good option. Roku TV manufacturer provides support with their TV.

Cant do anything, only reset AND start the proccess again

Hey I have the same problem? Do you find the way to mane works find the SMART TV? Im from México so the call Center TCL México it doesnt attends this problem, they say that I have to call to TCL US but the Phone doesnt make the call.

I did call TCL we did some test, with no success, I'm from México too, I got the TV from Amazon and still under warranty, I was told by TCL to use the warranty and send back. It looks like there Is a problem with the software, but Roku tells you to reach TCL
Ayer en la noche intenté iniciar la TV desde cero, la restablecí de fábrica y en la configuración del inicio en lugar de ponerle uso para el hogar le puse uso comercial y así sí pude terminar de instalarla y agregar NETFLIX, YouTube y demás plataformas y usarlas sin problema. Podrías intentarlo también. Lo único que me preocupa es que antes de poner el uso comercial dice que algunas funciones estarán desactivadas pero no sé cuáles la verdad. Simplemente ya pude ver Netflix y YouTube qué es lo que más veo y quizá no hay problema siendo así. Inténtalo a ver si también te funciona. It seems that the SMART TV works fine on the comercial use Mode but on the home use it doesnt. How van I do to FIX this?
Yes, store mode works fine, but Is a shame we can not use in user mode, can not use the TV 100%.
