I was going through all the settings on my roku ultra and I noticed you could turn the auto-adjust display refresh rate on or off. So I was wondering if I should turn it on or not?

I've turned it off since HBO Max and the latest Vudu play clips as you are selecting content.  Changing the selection causes my screen to go blank for about 10 seconds each time and makes it nearly unusable.  Much easier now that I've disabled the auto-adjust although I won't get the best/designed refresh rate anymore.

@TomMCE  Okay, I turned it off too because I heard the tv will automatically convert whatever frame rate you input/stream to it.
