The screen on my Hulu app on Roku froze. I closed the Roku and then turned it back on. I cannot get to the home screen or any of the channels. I replaced the batteries, followed the instructions I found online, pulled out the cable connected to the TV, and replugged it in. There is no change. There is no issue with my TV or the wifi. Other than going back to factory settings, what can I do?
Did you unplug the power to the Roku for several seconds and then plug it back in? You can't really turn off a Roku device. If there's a power button on your Roku remote it's strictly for the TV.

That worked! Thank you for your help.
