There's no way to remove channels, add channels, give feedback, view screenshots, etc. I don't understand why rhese features were removed. Please restore these features on each channel that were removed. Thank you!

Hi @SONSH1P,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We're happy to help you with your problem with our updated features on Roku. Please be advised that you can still remove, add, and give feedback on a particular channel. You can check out this link here on how to remove channels and this link here on how to add channels. You can also leave feedback by highlighting the channel, pressing the *, and clicking the Give Feedback button.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.
All the best,
Eunice

Re: There's no way to remove channels, add channels, give feedback, view screenshots, etc.

The "NEW" update really really sucks big time & IS very confusing not just for me, but for many others. PLEASE bring back the "OLD ORIGINAL" way to add, delete channels, give feedback & rate the channels.

Having things SIMPLE is much easier & better, than burying things & making it much harder & more confusing for the user than the way it was before. With this "NEW" update it's hard enough trying to figure it out for someone who kinda understands technology somewhat, bit for those who have disabilities, this "NEW" update is even more frustrating for them. I know people who live with disabilities, as well as elderly people who struggle with trying to figure things out & they just get angry & frustrated with the products when they can't find something, or figure something out. Try putting yourself in their (the disabled & elderly) shoes before make huge changes that's hard to navigate, figure out, etc. Not everyone understands technology the way that technology coders & writers do. Sometimes the "NEW" isn't the best & it has to go & the "OLD ORIGINAL" has to return.

Thank you for your understanding, it's appreciated.
