Delete "Fast" Internet web browser
I have nearly EXACTLY the same problem. I have a 43" onn. Roku TV that loaded a "Fast Internet Browser" app with the latest update. If you hit the * button, the choices are: Move app, Move app to top, Manage subscription, Check for updates, and Close.
I NEVER WANTED this piece of junk, yet I was charged for 1 month and there's no "Delete app" choice on the menu!
Terrible customer service!

Re: Delete "Fast" Internet web browser
You cannot remove an app if there’s an active subscription through Roku. Log into your Roku user account and you can cancel any subscription there. Once the current subscription period ends, then you can remove the app.
that said, I’ve never seen that app on any of my devices.

Re: Roku add a freaking Internet web browser
This response was actually perfectly useless and just drive his point home about the stupidity of not having Internet access on a "smart" TV.

Re: Roku add a freaking Internet web browser
@Sngv00a Roku themselves to not provide any apps for 3rd parties. The provider you mention would have to create the app and have it accepted by Roku to offer it on Roku devices. You need to ask them to provide an app for Roku.
