Yep. I'm on my 3rd Roku. And guess what? Every time I get a new Roku, THE ADS GET WORSE!!
Hey, Roku Corporate - I'm gonna scream it at you - I WILL PAY A HIGH PREMIUM FOR A NEW ROKU THAT HAS NO ADS! NO ADS AT ALL!! I'm not sure it I made my point, Roku, so let me make sure:
I WILL PAY YOU MUCH DINERO FOR A DEVICE THAT IS NOT AN AD PIPE INTO MY HOUSE!
Why don't you try building one, Roku? Please understand, I'm only referring to YOUR ADS, not the channel ads -those are not your doing. Try and build an ad-free Roku and see what happens. I'll buy it, and I'm SURE many others would too! You would rise above this septic system that you currently wallow in!
I currently am using a model 3920X that is slowly becoming unusable because of Home Screen ads. Is that what you want to happen? Are you trying to force me to upgrade by making my device unusable because of ads? I just want to know.
