1. Restart your Roku device by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds.
2. Try switching HDMI ports and input.
3. For the last resort, try a factory reset.

@RokuRiamie-D their issue is with a 4630, which is the first report we've seen here for something other than a 4640.
