May want to try performing a Factory Reset. Press and hold in the reset button (located near the inputs) for 30+ seconds. (make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before performing a factory reset)
Hopefully that will get you going. You may get either the Setup screen or a Recovery screen if successful.
Otherwise, you may be looking at a hardware/software issue inside the TV needing repair or replacement.
