Roku TV software update still waiting for connection

Hi, I have a Roku TV. I made a manual software update and I get a message saying connecting it could take a minute. It's been an hour. Can you help? !!

Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you are seeing with your Roku device and we will work with you to know what went wrong so we can assist you further and fix the issue.

We would recommend continuing to try to keep checking for an update to see if the device will install the latest update. You may also try connecting to an alternate wireless network to install the update, then when successful switch back to the Home network.
