Problem started within the past week, I assume after an update. After first turning on the TV and switching to the Roku input, it shows the main screen, "Not Connected", and completely frozen. Remote buttons do not work (including the reset sequence). The only way out of it is to climb behind my TV and unplug the stick for a moment, it restarts and works perfectly. This has to be done every time I haven't used the TV/Roku stick for more than 30 min. I have never seen this issue in a decade with multiple Roky devices.
Changing auto power settings, screensaver, CEC or anything else I could think of does not fix it. Anyone else with this issue? Would a factory reset be advised, or is there a way to roll back most recent update.
