I have had zero problems with my device on my HDTV, but recently the quality of the picture with apps, has static/unclear picture on home screen particularly, with background images. Nothing has changed and NO I am not using any antenna or other device.

We understand you're having a problem with your Roku Express. We're happy to help. Please try to restart your modem and router. After restarting your wireless network connection, you may need to restart your Roku Express by going to settings, system, and system restart.

I already tried this and it did not solve the problem.
