Roku Advanced Layout Editor AppImage not working

Two latest RALE versions are telling me that I do not have RALE component.

Version before 3.0.8 was working fine but after updating to it I started getting the above message. Luckily I was able to revert to previous version. Now with 3.1.0 out, I am not able to get the 2.x version from devtools.web.roku.com site. Please provide me with the old version and create ticket for fixing new ones. I will provide any info needed when requested.
