Removing device from account?

My mom is visually impaired. I set up her TV so there is only one channel. Of course that deleted everything on my TV (wish I had researched). I had no idea they were linked. There does not seem to be a way to unlink them. I went to the website but it only shows one device linked -- hers. I would be happy to factory reset mine and open a new roku account but I am concerned about what happens with hers. She is in another state so I can't drop in to help.

Re: Removing device from account?

Well it does seem like they are on the same account, but since your own roku is not showing up, I suggest you go to Settings -> System -> About on your Roku to make absolutely sure yours is on the same account.

If you factory reset your device it won't affect hers at all.
