I have a pop up window in the middle of my tv screen. “A software update file is available online. Proceed to network update menu” yes no.  Every thing is frozen in the window. Remote will not work in the window. The tv and all channels work fine. Just need to get rid of the window. I have checked for current update and I am good with that

Is this a Roku connected to a TV?  If so, try the TV remote.

Just started randomly . Everything works except can’t get rid of box in the middle of screen

@Rkramer, can you post a picture?  Try using the TV's remote to get rid of it.
