I don't know if anyone reads these but I'm asking you guys, once again, to stop adding **bleep** to my home screen. You went and added a stupid channel this time and some garbage about the Oscars. Now this might be older because I had to connect my TV to the Internet off of my local network and when it started up this junk was here. On my own network I run pihole to keep your stupid ads off of MY device. You made it. I paid for it. Our relationship is over. I love the product but next time I'm just getting a display screen and an Apple TV.

At my previous employer, nearly every new product planned was planned to be sold for less than the bill of materials, but they planned to make up for that by showing ads on it. They were convinced that that’s what the market wanted: Gimme the purchase cheap price now, and hit me with those advertisements forever.
