Using Streaming Stick+ on living room TV, updated itself yesterday and now anytime we pause a show it reboots. It's showing version 11.5. Our other three TV's each using Roku sticks are showing version 11.0 and no problem. I tried unplugging Roku stick from both tv & power after online chat support suggestion, let sit overnight but still have issue. All Streaming channels show current up to date. Any suggestions? TIA
Problem was occurring on any channel. Tried online chat support again and appear to have corrected by selecting "system restart" although it took several restarts to take effect.
