Same here, no volume control. Everything else OK. I hope they fix this software bug. Could be they want us to but a new device.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

I'm having the same issue with the volume, also it now takes a long time to load the channels. I'm on the Stick+ 4k
I think they may be slowing down/making their devices buggy because they just released their new devices and want us to ditch the old ones...
Anyway, I really wanna have volume control again 😞
I can confirm this issue/fix from @RokuDanny-R. After my Roku updated to 10.0.0.0, I could not change the volume from my remote. After re-pairing my remote to the Roku, the volume control was restored! Easy fix, but a little annoying.
The new NEW 10 update fix my roku volume problem.

I have a SN for my Roku, C1396C068414
Where would I find the Settings? I am not seeing it. I found the volumn setting at Off, but changed it to leveling, with no change. So then changed it to night mode with no change.

Hit HOME until you are on the Main Menu. Once is usually enough.
In the left hand column where it says "Settings" is Settings.
