No sound on headset after changing from Comcast to Roku Streaming Stick

I had wireless headphones set plugged into Comcast box worked well. I got a rump for stick did away with Comcast. Head sets will not work. My set is a LG Smart tv with no blue tooth. I plugged same red and with leads into the place on back of tv still not working. I was told I need a cord that plugs into a small hole . That didn’t work . Any suggestions???

We understand that you want to connect your Bluetooth headset to your Roku Streaming Stick, and we'd like to be able to help.

Please note that you can only connect your Bluetooth headset to your Roku Streaming Stick if your device supports Bluetooth connectivity, to check if your device is compatible, here are the lists of Roku streaming devices that have Bluetooth capability:

You have a Roku Streaming Stick, which doesn’t support Bluetooth, which is likely the reason it doesn't work. No worries, though! I’ve got a workaround so you can still enjoy using your headphones with it.

You can try using the Roku Mobile App to do the headphones mode! Here's the link for full tips!
