We acknowledge your concern, and we'd like to provide assistance. May we know what specific Roku device you are having issues with? Also, are you receiving any error codes/messages?
In the meantime, we recommend restarting your modem/router. If this still does not work, we suggest performing a complete restart of your Roku device and updating your Roku device once again. Please be informed that factory resetting your device will remove all your channels and re-activate your Roku device again.
