I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help. I understand that you are unable to access the content from the "My Feed" feature" and unable to unfollow content as well. is that correct?
Have you checked if your Roku device has maintained a good connection to your network and the internet?
You can initiate a connection check with the following steps:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll up or down and select Settings.
- Select Network.
- Select Check connection.
In addition, have you tried to add different content so we can isolate the issue?
