My TV picture comes on but sometimes no sound. Have reset everything to factory settings and works f

When I turn my TV on I have a wonderful picture but no sound. I have reset it to factory settings and it works for a couple of days. Then the same thing happens. I need help I am 84 and homebound and I need my TV to work at night

Could you tell a bit more about this? When you're experiencing this issue, are you seeing an error message? Is this an isolated case for a specific content or channel? And is this a Roku TV, or are you using a Roku streaming device connected by HDMI to a TV?
