Roku needs to factory reset to work

Have to keep factory reseting my Roku devices for them to work. They are only 3 months old and at least once a month 1 of them craps out.

However, to help us delve into this deeper, tell us more about it.

  • Are there any error messages when trying to stream on all channels or specific channels? 
  • Have there been any recent updates before this issue happened?
  • Is this related to a multiple-channel issue? If so, what specific channel/s is/are affected, and what is the exact behavior?
  • What Roku devices are affected by this problem? (e.g. Roku Express, Roku Streaming Stick, Roku TV, Roku Streambar).
  • Can you provide a short video or photo of it?
