Dave. Yes, they solved the issue about 3 days ago. It appears it was an update problem.
If you’re still having issues, may I suggest that you make a separate post here to @RokuERey (and make sure you put the name just I’ve entered it here) and inform him that you’re still having issues.

My channels are up and running properly and have been so for the past (approximately) 35”40 days now’
i suggested to you that you should reach out to @RokuERay and he eill assist you in getting the channels back tout suite (quickly).
Simply post a message here using the address @RokuERay and he will contact you back here. Remember, squeaky wheel gets the grease and you should not have waited this long to reach out.
