OH it daunting! It might be worth trying to update the system software under Settings > System > System Update. If that doesn’t help, you could try restarting the device or performing the factory reset again. Hopefully, this resolves the issue!

I did try that, thank you for your concern. Roku had no business suggesting a factory reset since they had a major bug, a hardware destroying bug, in their reset software. Stupid Roku, Very very STUPID!!!

UPDATE 1 month later:

    All right ROKU, what are you going to do about this???   It's been over 2 months now of updating your latest versions of software that you recommended to load.  I have also done 6 more complete factory resets. This is supposed to be your best unit and it was certainly not worth this very expensive price. Are you going to fix this problem or do you want my group to rate your product as garbage on every public buying place there is like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target. Plus Facebook, Twitter, Who's Crooked dot Com and every form of social media we can find.  What's it gonna be?

It sounds like your Roku Ultra might have experienced a partial reset. To fix this, try performing a full factory reset by going to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset. After the reset, you should be able to set up your Roku from scratch, including adding channels and restoring features like search. If the issue persists, check for any software updates under Settings > System > System Update.

but, No I have done each of those steps at least ten times.

Roku Customer Service also keeps telling me the same. They also said if it is the hardware they would not fix it or replace it. Why would anybody want to buy more junk?

We will be going after you. You do not take advantage of disabled citizens who live on very little money and expect to get away with it?  I don't think so.
