My Element roku tv won't update and just goes to an issue report tracker screen.  Shows  model: D805X -ROKU TV, Serial number.  X000700SM7HKX (S06H50AM7HKX), Software version: 11.0.0 build 4193-CJ, Timestamp: 2022-5-08T03:24:56Z, please use issue ID KX-183-085.  

It won't even go to home screen.
