Roku accounts are identified by the email addresses used to set them up (or subsequently updated).
Your channels are tied to your Roku account, not your Roku devices(s), and all Rokus linked to the same Roku account should automatically get the same channels.
Check Setting/System/About on each device to make sure they are all linked to the same Roku account (i.e. show the same email address).
