Hello!

I have 4 streambars at 2 different rental properties and all are experiencing this issue. My RokuTVs and Ultras are working fine. I purchased the streambars instead of new TVs when purchasing the properties as an easy upgrade, better sound and I have traditionally been a big fan of Roku in general. I am hoping the streambar issue is fixed quickly. Have there been any updates?

It looks like you’re having some trouble with your Roku Streambar in guest mode, too, and we’d love to take a closer look.

To help us investigate, please share some info here.

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (Press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times)
