A Roku device or a RokuTV is tied to a Roku account. (email address). You can see this account/email address from Settings/System/About.
If you are sharing the TV, only one account can be used at a time. (can't just switch between accounts). Requires a Factory Reset so that other account can be used with the TV.
If you do not need your sister's account anymore, you can either Factory reset the Roku device/RokuTV and create an account with a different email address and set it up that way so it will display your preferences.
Other method, of course, would be to have two separate Roku devices with your two different accounts. (unlinked devices).

If you are sharing this TV, may be easier to setup a new Google account that both of you can place your screensaver photos into and point the Google photos to this new Google account.
