We use guest mode for our airbnb, and we cannot get past the main guest mode screen, not able to actually click on the "set checkout date". Not clickable. We did unplug everything and plugged back in, but still can't click to enter checkout dates. Any thoughts on why this would be happening? Thanks so much!

I still have not gotten this resolved. We swapped out a Roku in another room and it seems that neither roku works the way it should. Cannot be just us. Can someone from Roku please assist?? Thanks,

We're having the same issue. It does allow to click to the calendar if we unplug/ replug but you have to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Which is really inconvenient for guests. Our device is the Roku stick 3810x and all of them are having the same issue.

Please note that one of the benefits of using Guest Mode is automatic and manual sign-out for data deletion. You will be automatically signed out at 11:00 am on your chosen date. All your credentials viewing history, added apps, and more will be deleted.

Something from a recent update has made all my guest Rokus behave this way too!
After a few hours/over night the welcome screen is replaced with a half loaded profile screen that does not connect to the internet correctly. A temp fix is to put in a new check out date, then exit guest mode, and it will reboot into the welcome screen once more. This is happening to all five of our units at once in different locations.
PLEASE ROKU CAN YOU FIX YOUR TERRIBLE BUGGY FIRMWARE !
The information being offered by the mods is not valid concerning the issue, It is a new bug not a procedural issue.

@RokuJechealR This issue is not configuration or user error specific. There are no troubleshooting steps you can provide to remedy the issue.
It is either back end at Roku or due to the latest firmware update. I use 5x Roku Express 4k+ in guest mode installed in different locations fed by different internet providers. All 5 units started doing this recently. When the Rokus are setup in guest mode and left at the calendar login screen, sometime (usually over night), they will boot into a non working guest profile all by themselves. You cannot log out of this guest mode, the only way to resurrect the Roku is to either go into the calendar, change the check out date THEN log out of guest mode or I have to turn off guest mode then back on from the account settings online.
There is nothing you can do to make it work by suggesting procedures to do client side. This is an issue Roku has to fix. Please pass on to the relevant department.
